  • How can I order except online?
    • You can send us a WhatsApp on 063 069 9607 or send us an email to orders@beautynest.co.za with your order / delivery address and we will process the order for you and then you can just do the payment into our bank account (That will all be on the completed order that you will get via email)
  • What is my payment options?
    • It is very easy, if you are ordering online you can pay through our 100% safe and secure PayFast portal. You can make a Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) as well
    • If we are processing the order for you then please select the EFT option as we don’t take card details from you. You will then get an invoice via WhatsApp or email for you to do the payment. Orders paid via EFT will be processed on our side once payment clears.
  • Time frame for delivery?
    • Delivery takes 2-3 business days but delivery may take between 3-5 business days if you live in an outlaying area.
  • Can I pay COD?
    • Unfortunately not, we use The Courier Guy for deliveries and they do not accept payment on our behalf. No stock leaves us without payment received on full.
  • Delivery Cost?
    • We charge a flat fee of R100 for delivery. FREE delivery if you spend R1200 or more
  • Is this a scam?
    • We understand that the amount of scams on the internet are so huge at the moment and we urge you to please have a look at our Facebook page to see that we do not scam.
    • We are also registered with PayFast and they have our ID numbers etc.
    • We also have plenty of waybill numbers we can send you in order for you track them and see that deliveries have in fact been done
  • What happens if a perfume I ordered is not in stock?
    • Items may go out of stock without prior notice, in which case we will communicate with you for a replacement to the same value or a refund if you can’t find anything else that you like.
  • Are they original?
    • Yes they are original perfumes imported from the U.A.E
  • Where are you located?
    • We are located in Nelspruit but do not have a walk-in shop but can arrange viewing of our products by appointments only. We are online based.
  • I want to buy bulk
    • We do have special pricing for bulk purchases. We offer a 10% discount when you buy 5 or more perfumes.
  • I want to resell.
    • We do have resellers program available to help you earn some extra income on the side. WhatsApp us (063 069 9607) or email resellers@beautynest.co.za for more info.
  • Let me know when the item I want is back in stock
    • All you need to do is search for your item, click on the product and then there is a blue and white box where you can add your email address and submit.
    • You will then get an email when the item is back in stock.
  • How do I place an order online?
    • Search for the item/s you wish to buy
    • Click to the “Add To Cart” button
    • Search again if you want to add more items and also click on “Add To Cart”
    • Once you have added all the items then click on the little shopping cart icon
    • Go to checkout
    • Complete the checkout form with your details
    • Use the delivery address where the courier will deliver (street numbers etc are important).
    • Courier delivers during the week only – so select the address where you will be during the week.
    • Select payment options: If you click on Direct Transfer then the bank details will appear below the option to make the payment.
    • Select Payfast you will have the option of paying by card.
    • Click the submit button and your order will be done and sent to us.
  • Notify me when there are specials running.
    • All you need to do is visit our Page called: “Subscribe”
    • There you will find a subscribe box, enter your details and that will make sure that you get all notifications
