Shipping policy

When you place an order with Beauty Nest, you can choose from several delivery options. Below are some options as well as frequently asked questions.

FREE DELIVERY

  • Free delivery is available on all orders over R500.
  • Receive your purchases two to three business days after placing your order. (May take a bit longer if you are located in a rural area.)
  • This is for any order, nationwide (South Africa)

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • For orders below R500, a delivery fee is applied for this service
  • We use THE COURIER GUY and PUDO for deliveries. Do you have another preferred courier? No problem we will make sure to use your preferred courier to ensure you have the best experience possible.
  • Receive your purchases two to three business days after placing your order. (May take a bit longer if you are located in a rural area)
  • This is for any order, nationwide (South Africa)

CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS

  • We carefully monitor our online product line.
  • For the delivery of your order, we are dependent on several factors; unfortunately, in exceptional cases, we might not have the product you ordered in stock and in that case, we will contact you for a replacement product or the purchase amount of the product, including shipping costs, will be credited to you.

PEAK PERIODS

  • During hectic periods, for instance, the December holidays, alternate delivery times should be taken into consideration for all delivery options.
  • We will keep you posted on the actual delivery time

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

  • We ship nationwide throughout the whole of South Africa directly to your door.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • Orders are sent out daily (Monday – Friday) and take 2-3 business days to deliver.
  • Delivery times may vary if you are in a rural area.
  • We use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries but will make exceptions for our clients if you need to use a different delivery method.

DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?

  • Overnight shipping is possible. Please email us directly at orders@beautynest.co.za and we’ll take care of you.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail provided at the time of checkout.
  • You will receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped (within 24 hours), which will include your tracking number and link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.
  • Please always feel free to contact us if you experience any problems and we will do our best to solve them with the utmost priority.
